Organizational Surveys

Individual assessments tell you about your leaders. Organizational surveys tell you about the conditions those leaders create — as the people who live in them experience them. Two ways to get there:

Ground Truth Survey

A leadership–employee survey of the conditions that drive organizational performance.

Your leadership team says what it believes it has built. Your employees say what they experience — in confidence. The report shows both, condition by condition, across the three pillars: Healthy Culture, Clear Strategy & Execution, and Productive Practices.

  • Nine research-grounded conditions, two perspectives
  • The Perception Gap map — blind spots and hidden strengths, made visible
  • Up to 5 of your own questions, summarized in the report
  • 90-day action cycle + leadership debrief worksheet
  • Confidential by design: no result for groups under three

$495 per survey · up to 500 employees · no per-employee fees

Custom & Annual Survey Programs

When you need your own instrument — or a trend line that survives the years.

Some organizations need more than a standard instrument: a tracked annual survey with year-over-year comparisons, per-team breakouts, custom question sets, or an engagement, climate, or exit-survey program built around how you actually work.

  • Custom instruments developed to psychometric standards
  • Annual tracking: the same categories, year over year, on one heat-mapped table
  • Team- and tenure-level breakouts with confidentiality gating
  • Net Promoter tracking, custom sections, and open-comment analysis
  • Consultant-led debriefs and action planning

One client has run their tracked annual survey with us for 12 straight years — watching their employee Net Promoter Score climb from −63 to +73.

Talk to Us About a Program

What happens after the survey

A survey changes nothing by itself. Every program we run follows the same cycle — and the report walks your leadership team through it:

1. Debrief as a team

A 90-minute working session, run straight off the report’s built-in worksheet. Leave with one condition-building move.

2. Close the loop

Tell employees what you heard — including something uncomfortable — and the one thing you’ll do about it.

3. 30 / 60 / 90 days

Employees should notice the move at 30 days, take it for granted at 60, and see the condition shift by 90.

4. Measure the shift

Re-survey in 9–12 months. From the second survey on, you have a trend — not a snapshot.
